Vintage Dried Flowers Art Convex Glass Cideart Belgium Velvet Picture Hanging. Pictures should give good idea of overall condition. Glass has some light scratches, there appears to be some dusty areas inside that came through openings. One piece of flower has stuck to inside glass.  Velvet handle has creasing and some surface wear on gold frame. Oval is 6.5" by 9" without top ring. Frame is 3/4" thick and glass bubbles to about 1" in center.
