Large Kitchen Island Antique Work Bench Converted Great Storage Thick Heavy Top Large Kitchen Island Hand crafted together - such a great piece! Base is an 1800's work table with 9 drawers, such an amazing piece by itself. The top was damaged and it sat low...needed a new life. So we created this kitchen island. The legs, some trim and overhang brackets are pieces of a rope bed from the early 1800's. The top is New, 1.5" thick local Poplar wood, perfectly put together and finished so you can use it as you should as a central focal point in your home. This is large, heavy with lots of storage. Room for 3 stools along the one side. Lots of space! 64" long x 42" wide x 37.25" tall A great mix of Antique, rustic, country. You will love this!
