post-WW2 Era British Army Cloth Bandoliers for the SMLE Enfield Rifle - Khaki Color
This is a pair of cotton cloth ammunition bandoliers.
These bandoliers have five pockets that will hold ten 5-round stripper clips for .303 British Caliber ammunition and are secured by a wire clip
.
The WW2 example has some nice markings but also some damage. (Tear hole & a clip missing) otherwise exhibits well.  Original issued date 1927 followed by reissue dates 1928 & 1944.
The post-WWII Era Era British Army cloth bandolier (also for the SMLE Enfield Rifle) is in excellent condition. It is also a heavier weight construction.
